Good Afternoon

We recently installed 2014.1 on a new computer. Backed up and restored settings editor. For the most part my settings were restored correctly. One issue that I am having is that the feature labels keep defaulting back to PNT1,PNT2,PNT3 etc. Previous to the new install the feature labels would continue from whatever naming convention that was last used.(S1, S2, T1, T2 etc.) Can someone point me in the right direction to fix this issue.
