Been having a little trouble understanding the meaured data....The 2nd Segment of the composite (numbers) seem outrageously high. Have tried several attempts to get the numbers to coincide but to no avail. Maybe somebody can assist me on this endeavor?!!

The cylinders are parallel to Datum A. Yes the Composite is giving me fits.
Maybe I have found the answer..........
It seems if I change the DRF to BAC with a composite to B, the numbers make more sense.

Can you show us both Trihedrons and how they are located on the part?

Maybe do an alignment, then start building your feature control frame.(In Memory of my Loving wife, "Ronda" who I lost March 7, 2016. I love you baby.)They say "Nobody's Perfect." I must be Nobody.

This is what xact is trying to do vs. what the ABC alignment is. According to the engineering (Model) the DRF Should be ABC, but it gives me crazy numbers. Datum A is a Plane on bottom of the part, Datum B is 2 target poins on the contoured surface, Datum C is a target point, as seen in the picture.
Crazy thing is I have to delete pics to upload pics.

Click On Customize to see what each Datum is controlling. If need be, change the control of X, Y, Z to your liking or need U controls X rotation, V is Y Rotation, and W is Z. It is very difficult to put stuff in the right area, because each frame has to be occupied by something and it has to make sense to the Demon.

The Demon defaults to what it thinks is correct. Most of the time it gets it right. I come across sometimes when it doesn't, One being The First Datum being Parallel to the feature, when an engineer does this, 9 times out of 10 he or she left a axis not being controlled at all, because of the second datum being parallel and they both control the same axis?
