DDOF: Waiting For In Position help!!!

Hello everyone im having this issue with my CMM its a Brown & Sharpe Xcel with a Sharp32 controller, the error that im having its DDOF: Waiting For In Position, what happens its when i calibrate my tips and it starts the DCC move on the Z axis touches the sphere and it stays there it wont retract an then it sends me this error, the machine was working just fine it all started after i removed the TP20 to replace it for a new one, i put the new one in place and started calibrating the tips first manually to locate the sphere everithing normal until it starts the DCC move, it does the same with the 2 TP20 that i have and also with different Modules does the same thing, the machine moves soft on the 3 axes manually and with the joystick, i have another CMM a Wenzel with Pc Dmis also and on that machine everything works the 2 TP20 , the modules, i also replace the autojoint for a new one but the same problem so all the components work jus fine, when i touch the probe with my hand or anything else it works it detects the touch but in DCC its when i have this issue, i hope you guys can give some hints about what could be happenning, sorry my english its not the best.

Double check and make sure your Calibration Ball is correct. Doesn't hurt to make sure. If that's all good, see if Reset tips to theo is checked, Oh and make sure your probes are on straight. If all else fails, ReBoot

Thanks for your assistance, i found the problem already, it was something mechanical, the band of the Z axis drive was slipping a little bit, i just adjust the tension a bit and it worked the error dissapeared.
