Failure to print to PDF

My company recently made the big jump from PC-DMIS 2013 MR1, all the way to PC-DMIS 2019 R1.
We are trying to do some testing to ensure everything works as it should, but one thing we are struggling to get around is the now lost ability to print the report window to a PDF.
When trying to do so, the software crashes and closes.
This now happens on both versions of the software (2013 Mr2 & 2019 R1) - Can anyone offer some advise or reasoning as to why?

If you're having issues with the integrated Pc-dmis PDF writer, you can install CutePDF works fine and it's free.

Ideally, I'd like to get the integrated Pc-dmis PDF writer to work, am just struggling with the how at the moment
