Assigning probes to new rack

Hey guys,

Just bought a new 6-probe rack for my Renishaw head (TP20 modules) from Hexagon. I’m running 2019, and the company actually sprang for the rack and license upgrade. I managed to get the software patch downloaded, and got the rack calibrated, but can’t find anything in Help or online concerning assigning each probe to a particular slot. Can anyone here assist with instruction on how to do this?

The menu where ur calibrated ur rack, there is a tab called slots.

I went into there and can expand each of the 6 slots, but when I do, they say (Empty). How do I assign one of my probes to one of the slots, so the machine knows to put "Probe A" in Slot 1?

Select the empty and define which one of your probes you want in which slot. it will expand when you select it.
