  • Graphic not centering on part

Normally, when I hit the "scale to fit" button, the graphic will center on the part. Now? Not a bit of it. it's got another spot that it's fallen in love with. So I have to zoom out so that I can see the part. Is it a setting that's been changed without my knowledge?

Might you have made a generic feature (probably point) or intersection that is way off your part so that "Center" is between that point and the model instead of in the middle of the model as expected?

      +1

Scale to Fit will fit ALL of the features created AND the model so that everything in the program fits in the view. It doesn't just fit the model in the view.

I'm not using CAD, so there's no other graphics other than the features I've touched off.

It's not centering on those features. I've got features that extend out of the view...

To see them, I've got to zoom out, and when I try to move the image to center on my screen, it snaps back to where it had thought I'd wanted it...

I just had the same issue. I had accidently hit the "Center on Probe" icon on the Graphic mode tool bar. Not sure if this is what happened to you.
