Excel Form Reports in 2019 R1

Hello all. I'm using a custom Excel Form Report in 2019 R1 and most everything works well. I have 2 problems:

#1. I want the report to print out with the PART NAME, SERIAL NUMBER, and DATE as the title. I get the PART NAME and DATE, but no SERIAL NUMBER.
#2. If I run 2 parts, the data from the 2nd part gets added to the same sheet as the 1st run. So I'll have Dim 1-10 from the 1st run then Dim 1-10 below that from the 2nd run on the same sheet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

make a trace field for the serial number then it will work

The settings should help you with customizing the title name of the output file. Here is the screenshot for the below. With the below setting, I am able to get the title name with the part name, serial number and date.

Do you want the measurement data for each run in a different excel sheet? If YES is the answer, set the TIME to null and save the report output settings. This should give you the measurement data in separate excel output files.

The similar setting in the above screenshot will do the job for you.
