Probe hit not accurate error message

hello

i was calibrating the probe then an error message was displayed and the styli wasnt touching the sphere ball by about a 1mm distance , i didnt know what but abborting the operation

what should i do?

You must say a little more : what probe, what kind of calibration (man, man + dcc, dcc, dcc+dcc), did the sphere moved, did the toolc.dat changed .....

Shut everything down and restart.
