Is there a way to dump the data from my program into a specific excel sheet (one that I created)?

Very broad answer to a very broad question: Yes.

In earlier versions you would have to create an Excel macro that moves everything from the exported XLS, to your XLS of choice, at the right place. Excel Form Report in version 2019 can do this directly from PC-DMIS.

I downloaded 2019 R1 but no excel templates came through with it. Should I download it again? Also I tried putting a blank custom excel report in the Excel Form Report\Templates folder but when I click on the Templates tab nothing shows up. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

First off I am new to forums so I hope this one posts correctly

In this snip of an xlsx sheet. I am being tasked to report out to this sheet. I am having an issue with getting the dimensions to report in a row. (left to right)
And append (per part ran) from top to bottom
