I have a zett mess cmm with pc-dmis 4.2 .
Recentely ,after a perfect calibration and alighnment in round slot it recognizes the slot but after creation it retuns the slot 90° .

make sure your current workplane is normal to the vector of the circle. If your circle/cylindrical slot axis is pointing in X, set workplane to X before making the feature.
