Hello,
We recently had some water drip onto our machine, and per the advice given by the helpful service department at Hexagon, they informed me to remove the probe and body and place them in a bucket with desiccant to make sure that all the moisture was removed. After doing this, and re installing the two pieces of hardware, I am trying to calibrate a probe tip in the A0 B0 orientation but I am receiving the "Error Calculating Deflection Matrix" message. Is there a specific process for re-calibrating the probe after it has been removed from the machine?
