I have a part with an irregular shaped hole/slot. The print calls out Profile of a Line to NO datums and True Position to ABC. I have never dimensioned a scan as True Position. Does this sound like the best way to meet the print requirement or would you dimension it as profile of a surface, for instance?
Another question: with Xact measure, do I input a unilateral profile of a line exactly as it reads on the print (.002 U .002)? I am using 2018 R2.
