  • Adding Specific Angles

Hey all. I'm a beginner who tries to learn a thing or two about PCDMIS when I'm not inspecting parts.

I'm trying to add a specific probe tip angle (A8B0), but its not being added to the new angles list. Does anyone know why this is happening? I've tried to calibrate the probe tip once or twice and I'm still seeing a blank new angles list. The grid works just fine. by the way.

It looks like the head you have only goes in 5 degree increments so A8B0 wouldn't work.

A10B0 would be the closest wrist angle you could use

What Code said, There is no such animal. Knuckles either have increments of 7.5, or 5, or 2.5 and it looks like you have the 5. You can always get one of these little knuckles, for your 8 Degree problem. Follow the link

Ah, dang it. I'll have to look into different knuckles then. Thanks a ton for the link and your quick reply!
