  • The dimension value have wrong with actl data

    HI all,

    I have trouble with PCDMIS 2018R1/R2, 2019R1 that Have different value of ACTL and dimension,
    could you please help me with urgent!
    We cannot beliver report now!

    If you'd like to post some code, just copy it from PC-DMIS & paste it in here, with [code] tags. then you can amend whatever parts you need and give us only the information we need.

    B.
    It depends on what you're doing. Hows your alignment? What is this, a location? Is it relative to anything? Did you refresh the report? Did you edit the dimension, or restart PC-DMIS? Are you sure it's constructed correctly? Is this a verified program?

      A, I dont know how to usse code, could you please advise

      B, This measure for sheet metal, I recall locall alignment. The report didnt update realy actual value from first point. Some point update corect, 90% is wrong.

        When you copy from the edit window of PCDMIS (the code you pictured) directly into your forum post, place it between the [CO DE][/CO DE] tags (without spaces between "CODE", there is a toolbar button for this as well.)

        From the looks of it, we will need more information/code to determine the problem.

        edit: I see a negative number under the -tol. From what you said your problem is, this isn't it but, it is not common to have a negative number in either + or - tol fields. These numbers are usually absolute values.

                              Hmmm, there's definitely something odd going on here.

                              I've not gone through it with a fine-toothed comb but it appears the issue only exists in the Y-axis.

                              Can you post a screen shot of the settings in the general tab of setup (F5 > Setup) .

                              I notice you have a RMEAS(LEGACY) command in there.

                              I can only speculate that there some combination of settings (Allow fins tuning of alignment / Treat theo values as if stored in part coordinates etc) that's having some impact.
