2019 R1 template editor

Hello all,
I recently updated to 2019 R1. Prior to this update the editor was much easier to navigate, at least for me. I had previously edited my templates to have black borders in an attempt to use less colored ink. Now the borders are back to being blue but the process to edit this feature has changed. Can someone tell me where to find instructions for editing border colors? Most concerned with the report, TextOnly.rpt and the label FileHeader.LBL

the editing should be unchanged. But you can copy your old templates to the current version area and just use them.
I guess it depends on where you migrated from (before V4,0 is not using templates).

Path to reporting:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Hexagon\PC-DMIS\2019 R1\Reporting
