Trouble installing PDF drivers

We have PCDMIS 2016 and I am having trouble with the PDF drivers installing.

I've done everything according to the readme file in the PDFdrivers folder. I ran the .bat file as an admin and here is the error message I am getting.

Did you unzip the files before trying to run them?

Can you give a detailed step by step on what you did?

When I first got this job, the pdf converter was already not working....

So I went in, unzipped the aforementioned folder (extracted the folder to the same folder it was in)

Ran the uninstall.bat file as admin

Restarted

Ran the installer.bat file as admin

Error message I posted came up. Unsuccessful.


I feel like Ive had this problem before in the past........Some 32/64 bit kinda issue with the dll file. Im using windows 10 on a 64 bit system.

Just cant remember what I did to resolve.

It cannot install the printer because it cannot find the driver.
It cannot install the driver because access is denied.
Are you on a company network? Maybe IT can login as Admin and setup the printer?

CutePDF Writer is what I use. Pcdmis doesn't muck it up.
