    NEW PCDMIS 3.7 MR3

    Hello,
    I have downloaded and started programming on the new 3.7 MR3 version. It seems to have taken away alot of the bugs of the 3.7 MR2 version. One problem I am experiencing though is printing in PDF. It comes up with the "Dreaded" PCDLRN box- Could not start print job "okay" button. Does anyone possibley know how to fix this? I didn't have this problem with MR2 or for that matter, any of the previous versions. You input would be greatly appreciated!

      Still on MR1 here.


      Maybe you need to check printer options in the settings editor. I know ours hates the Dmis PDF converter.

          anyone else get that error?
          I have mr3 downloaded, but not installed yet...

              Running 3.7mr3 occasionally with Windows XP Pro SP2 and have not experienced that problem

                  Do you have a file called PCDMIS PDF converter saved in your printer list?

                  PCDMIS uses this to save to PDF.

                      Thanks everyone I got it to work. The problem was that I have Adobe Professional and Adobe Reader and The PCDMIS PDF Converter also. It was getting confused on which one to go to, and didn't prompt me for it. I lead it to the PCDMIS PDF converter, twice actually, then it figuired out that was what I wanted to use I GUESS. It works great now. Thank everyone for your input! I love this new forum!

                          Have you upgraded to 4.2 yet?

                              We are using 3.7 mr3 and we also have Adobe Acrobat Pro installed. I don't know if that makes a difference, but I've never had an issue creating a report in pdf.
