    V3.7 MR-2 - XP SP2 + hot fix.
I have been searching, can not find a post I had thought was posted in regards to a help file .dll.
Problem I have is PC D-MIS has not been getting past the manual alignment this morning per operator - machine not responding.
Lately, I have seen the following error pop up after a re-boot: "The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLL's".
I.T. here says this relates to a Widows help file and will not effect PC D-MIS.
    Does this sound correct?

Since you mentioned the help file...

IE7 has an issue where it makes the help file unusable. There is a fix for this if you search for "help crashing"

I'm not saying this is your problem but it could be. Was IE7 installed recently?

Here is the LINK about that.

The DLL error is from an active X issue. The conflict is:
The user does not have sufficient privledges.
This is a windows XP issue. Log in as admin and run programs.
