Auto probe qualification

Good Morning Folks:

Does any body know how to do a probe qualification inside a program (offline programming).. just wondering if it could be done!!!!

INSERT, CALIBRATE, AUTO CALIBRATE PROBE. This will do what you want. You need to set up a parameter set in the probe utilities box. This will allow you to set the parameters and tell it which probe angle to do, etc.

In the program F9 the auto calibrate probes to set which parameter set to use, and also set up if the qual sphere has moved or not.


I do this all the time, it is very simple and straightforward.

Ya could just press ENTER to get on a new line in the edit window, then start to type AUTOCALIBRATE, after the C it should appear fully, then press TAB then F9 and set the options for it up. 'tis easy!!

Slinky is correct, you could also do it that way. Just be sure to do the parameter set first.
