    Same as other racks

I've used it, many times. You did not ask about calibrating it, that's a little bit of a pain compared to some other racks. It involves using a feeler gauage in slot 1 and touching off on top and in front, before proceeded to probe other slots in DCC.

Using the rack itself is no different than others. You simply need a LoadProbe statement in your program, and have the proper probes defined in the slots.

is it calibration you are having questions on? If so, which part of it?

      not like SCR200\MCR20

Thanks! Yes, it's a painful job to calibrate it. We bought the rack but no one could use it for it would go a wrong way after we calibrated it by the guiding steps in the pcdmis. We can finish the calibration, but it will go a wrong way when we do a LoadProbe statement in my program. Does anyone now why??

        Please elaborate

What do you mean "it goes a wrong way"? Where does it go? Dos it do this when dropping off a probe, picking up a probe, or both? Does it happen before or after?

Did you define the Move Point (one of the calibration tabs)? Does it move toward the machine's origin?

How do I "Inhibit the probe tip"? The ACR3 instructions recommend that I do this in PC-DMIS, but I don't know how. Help please.
