Fea Dia Not at Top / Offline Cad

I have 2 alignments ~ One is rotated from the other ~ I have a need to establish the dia center at an offest plane down from top of hole. I must do this to capture the location when changing my alignment. How does one do this? ~ I have it only residing at the top of the hole.

You could make the hole that has been measured on the plane the origin. Create a point at the origin.
Create an offset point to the distance for the offset plane.

I have constr the offset plane

I have constructed the offset plane. When I click on the Cad to create the dia it goes to the top of the hole. Not sure how I make it go to the offset plane?

You don't need the diameter to capture the plane. Just use the point that you create at the distance of the plane. Then do the alignment from the point

sounds obvious but unless i am misreading the question can you not just translate to the centre of the hole then rather than creating offset planes simply translate the distance you require to be offset ?
