    Good morning guru's,

    Has anybody have an issues with running PC-DMIS 4.1 version and printing reports? My problem is that everytime I send the report to the printer.

    PC-DMIS will delete the printer driver and then windows will automatically reinstall the driver again. This only happens in PC-DMIS. If I print a text file or a pdf it works fine. The printer is a HP deskjet 5900 series. The printer came with the computer that was purchased with PC-DMIS.

    Have a call out to Tech support but so far could not figure out why PC-DMIS is doing this to the printer.
    Starrett 4040-24
    Renishaw PH10M head
    Renishaw TP200
    PC-DMIS CAD++ 4.2!!! crashed my probe into the table
    Moving on to 4.2mr1

    What's the date on your PC-DMIS version? Go to Help/About PC-DMIS for Windows...

    That pops up a window. Look for the date on pcdlrn.exe.

        That version will not properly print automatically. Any version beyond that is fine. That is the ONLY reason I am running the 30 October version.

            Download from the Hexagon website.

            I suggest that you contact the support line and tell them that you have run into the print issue and need a later version. They can help you and point you to the latest 4.1RC version.
