4.1 save to 3.7mr2 3 hit circle

Hello all
From 4.1 the default for the circle is one hit on the cad model. In 3.7mr2 the default is three hits for a circle on the cad model.Where do I change this back to three hits in 3.7mr2?? The help section says the pcdmis editor, but I'm not sure?? Here is a picture of the pcdmis editor for circles.
