Comment, Input function

When programming in PCDMIS v3.7 mr2, I am trying to place an input option through the comment function, how do you make it "toggle" between yes and no as to whether or not not it gets put on my inspection report?

here is an example of my data line:

C1 =COMMENT/INPUT,NO,Serial Number =

v.s.
C1 =COMMENT/INPUT,YES,Serial Number =

Yes, how do you change it between yes or no in the command line?

I'm using v4.1 but I can typ "Y" or "N" to do it or F7/F8. both work on mine.
