  • Blank Edit window

    V3.7 MR-2 - XP SP2.
I was adding points off-line to an existing program
I got sidetracked and went back to the program later in the day.
I found the edit window blank, the scroll bar indicates I am at the end of the program. I can still see all the points in the graphics window and move the part around.
In the edit window, I try to scroll up, still see no text, the scroll bar moves but when I release the mouse button, sinks back down, to the end of the program.
I quit the program, it was late in the day.
I opened the program (and PC D-MIS) fresh this morning - get the same thing.
I lost all tool bars, I tried to add a vector-point, it seemed to work, but the new point does not show up in the edit window.
Do I have a corrupt program?
I plan on deleting all my PC D-MIS settings next.

Sounds just like FILE LOAD that was posted earlier. Which edit window are you 'showing', preview, command, or a report window? If you are on current report, you have not measured anything, so nothing will show. Toggle back and forth between COMMAND and REPORT. Also, check to see what you are set up to show in each window (edit window layout) and make sure that you ahve all those things marked to show.

      I was in command mode.
I had deleted my settings and opened PC D-MIS to find the file automatically loaded (which I have seen before)
The edit window is still non-functional.
I deleted PC D-MIS settings again and re-boot the PC.
      Everythings back to normal.
Believe it is a PC D-MIS/XP issue.
