printing issues

I have a Global Classic running PC-DMIS 16. Installed a new HP printer that will print double sided and would like to print 2 pages per sheet. When I run my program the printed report has the PDF blacked out. yet if I print out a copy of this from my reports folder It prints fine. I am struggling to resolve this issue and I believe there must be some type of setting in PC-DMIS. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Isnt that done with the default printing mode inside of windows ? Everything at my offline seat prints single sided from my desk, but will print double sided when I move to our inspection room on a different printer.

Yes It works fine when I print from the reports folder but when I run a CMM program the report PDF's are blacked out.

What does that mean? What is blacked out? Does the entire report appear black? Can you attach an example?
