To better float in many pts Is there a way to couple best fit with iterative align or is best fit being utilized fully in the iterative????
Iterative Align with Best Fit??????

You can do a best fit after the iterative and depending on the type (2D, 3D, least squares, vector, etc.) it will make a difference. You can also change the weight given to each point. But if you're already using all the points in question in the iterative alignment it may not make much of a difference.

IMO
Iterative will try and snap all points for level to nominal , then all points for rotate to nominal, then all points for origin to nominal considering the axis you have specified for level, rotate and origin. It is always done in that order and will iterate dependant on values specified until complete.
Best fit will simply try and match either two axes (2D) or three axes (3D) for each individual point with no consideration to level, rotate or origin. You can however assign weights to individual points giving them preference.
My simple answer would be to try all methods and select the one which gives the best result whilst complying with the drawing specifications.
