Hi, I hope someone can help-
Our problem is, we are trying to add a cylindrical stylus to our CMM probes. We have the PH10MQ head and the PROBETP200 to which we are attempting to add Renishaw Part No. M-5000-4153, a silver-steel cylinder stylus of 3.0 cyl. dia. mm, overall length 13.0 mm, with an EWL of 3.8 mm.
We do ok until we get to the probe description drop-down menu, there is nothing we can find that matches this stylus. We are probably overlooking something obvious to folk that know their way around the CMM, but we are very new to this (the boss has a one-week course under his belt, that's the extent of our expertise). Can anyone shed some light on how we can go about setting this up?
