I've seen that error. It is likely a memory ptoblem, and re-booting should fix it. I was using large CAD file(s) when I saw it, getting in and out multiple times.
Has anybody seen this error "Required Resource was Unavailable"
using 4.1 windows xp with latest updates
That is one of most common errors that I've seen and I think everyone here can agree. There are is alot of speculation on what's causing this, but there are things you can do to help.
1. Install Service Pack 2.
2. Go into control panel and adjust windows for best performance.
3. Tweak your graphics settings.
4. Most agree that version 3.7MR3 is the most stable version to use. Most also agree that version 4.1 is crap
I used to be high on life but I built up a tolerance.

I get it with 3.7MR3 alot too. Mostly when making changes to a program and when the computer has sat for a while and automatically locks itself.
