  • Data from alignment to hyper-report

    Hello,

    I am trying to get the X,Y,Z translation and the rotation from a bestfit alignment into a hyper-report.
    Only the data 0.026, -0.019,0, -0.008.
    The alignment is:

    A3 =ALIGNMENT/START,RECALL:A4, LIST= YES
    ALIGNMENT/BF2D,ZPLUS,LEASTSQR,ROTANDTRANS,0.026,-0.019,0,- 0.008
    SHOWALLINPUTS=NO,SHOWALLPARAMS=NO
    ALIGNMENT/END

    What I am looking for is sompthing like:

    ASSIGN/V3 = A3.X.DATA

    Any help would be great.

    Thanks,

    Do you want the alignement matrix?
    What if you create a construct a 3d Line before you do the alignment and then report that line after the alignment.

      One Way

      This is one way to get that information

      A1 =ALIGNMENT/START,RECALL:ALL_SO, LIST= YES
      ALIGNMENT/BF3D,LEASTSQR,CREATE WEIGHTS=NO,ROTANDTRANS,-0.004,0.007,-0.001,0.013,-0.013,0
      SHOWALLINPUTS=NO,SHOWALLPARAMS=NO
      ALIGNMENT/END

      ASSIGN/V1 = GETCOMMAND("Best Fit 3d Alignment","Up",1)

      ASSIGN/V2 = GETTEXT("OFFSET",1,V1)
      ASSIGN/V3 = GETTEXT("OFFSET",2,V1)
      ASSIGN/V4 = GETTEXT("OFFSET",3,V1)

      COMMENT/OPER,NO,V2
      ,V3
      ,V4

      V1 is a pointer to the command

      V2, V3, and V4 use V1 to extract specific data from the command
