We check the draft of cored holes in castings all the time, not to mention the corresponding feature on the steel. We use cones, then dimension the angle of the cone. The angle will give you the total angle, so you need to divide the angle by 2 and assign to a generic feature, otherwise, you can just dimension the total angle.
