"GPIB Error" Message

I get the error message of "GPIB error" message after trying to open PC-DMIS for Windoww 3.5 and PC-DMIS for Windows 3.7.

Does anyone know what this error message means and how to fix the problem?

I believe you need to put in your keycodes. Your gpib is your dongle. its the part that attaches to the computer If you dont have them call B&S
