  • Adding probe angle

    Hi everybody.
    I did adding probe angle many times, it worked fine. Today, I add A90B-172, then calibrate all tips as usual, but probe A90B-172 was off center of sphere. I could not figure out of this issue ( already check mark on Defined probe box).
    Could any expert instruct me how to do with this ?

    Do a manual calibrate first then follow up with a dcc calibrate

      You ment to say 172.5 right? Not 172 (Increment is 7.5 degrees).

        Yes. I have already done manual calibration, then run Auto Mode, It was off.

              Measure all your angles except for A90 B172.5. I would suggest answering "yes" to the question "Has the sphere moved?" and take one hit on the top. Do this all DCC(no manual anything except for the 1st hit on qualification sphere). Once all the tips are done qualifying, go back and qualify the A90 B172.5 angle (answering "no" to the question "Has the sphere moved?").

              Now keep in mind any other tips you have that are used along with this setup need to be qualified because you answered "yes" at the beginning of the qualification process(therewill not be a relationship between the tip measured at this time and any other tip setups measured before this qualification.
