Can't get probe to qualify using 3.7 trying to setup probe file using 2x 20 mmshank will not calibrate shank

Did you put a check-mark in the qualify shank box?
You also need to specify a depth at which to qualify the shank.
Also, try to stay away from using shank tips.
Last, which version of 3.7 are you using. If possible, upgrade to 3.7mr3.
