  • Program crashes when I go to Help

    Hello,
I am having problems with the help files. When I try to access the help when in the program either through the F1 key or through the menu it crashes. I tried to reinstall the software over top the current one and it did not fix the problem. I am using 3.7MR3. Any ideas on how to fix it? I need to find a height on a cone at a specified diameter.
    Thanks,
    Craig

Story of my life. Any ideas on how to help with the problem that caused him to go to the help file anyway?

Note - I edited my post above to reflect your speed.

I think I have measured ONE (1) Cone in all my time working with Pcdmis. Just no demand for it here. So, I am clueless (which boogerboy will tell you anyway!).

CONSTRUCT>>CIRCLE>>CONE(radio button)>>DIAMETER. Help file describes it pretty good.

Help files are working now. Now to find the height.
                Thanks,

Sorry I read you wanted DIAMETER. Same method except insert HEIGHT for DIAMETER.

                  EDIT...

Sorry again, If you want to find the height of a circle at a specified diameter then you type in the perfect diameter and then report out the Z value(assuming a Z vectored cone) for that constructed circle.
