How would you qualify a 25 mm disc probe. It is on the standard pull down menu. Would you just touch off on the equator of your qualsphere or try to take a hit on top center as for a regular ball tip ??

Best bet is to tell the machine that your artifact hasn't moved. To do it manually split your hits between each half of the equator but do not touch off the pole.<internet bumper sticker goes here> -

Two problems:
