Algnment with 3 tooling balls

Hi All,

I'm try to check the checking fixture with 3 tooling balls. Can someone recommend me what is the best way to do alignment and input X,Y,Z coordinate in to each sphere.

Yep. Just input your XYZs into the Auto-Sphere dialog box.

If your base is not square to car (ie all 3 tooling balls share 1 number in common), then you can construct a plane from the 3 tooling balls to get your IJKs.

Then, use iterative alignment. If you have lots of room around and above your fixture, you can use a large avoidance move (200-300mm or more if needed and space is available) and check "Measure All Always" (you will need to manually clear after the manually measuring the last tooling ball, if there is not a clear line to the avoidance move). If you have to maneuver manually around after each tooling ball, then check "Measure All Once".
