trying to use a 3BY40MM with an extended force module and a 50mm extention - i keep getting a deflection error. anyone know if there are there any adjustments that can be made so its not so sensitive?

nvm i don't think there is anything i can do besides slow the machine down.

Get everything as clean as possible.... and you may have some relief. But that is a lot of weight.... may hafta just slow down.Lately, it occurs to me

i think its just this machine - its a big gantry with no fly mode and when it changes direction it exerts alot of force on the probe. i will try it without the 50mm extension.Comment

I keep getting a movement interupted error on 2 different machines. Probe is not hitting anything, can anyone tell me what might be going on?
