Help, I am a novice user of PC dimis 3.7
I am trying to call up an angle of two lines
I level in "Z" align in "X" the angle I need is in the Z plane
The lines are constructed in the X plus One is on the plane the other goes on downward in Z minus toward the x plus
any help would be greatly accepted
    Thanks

If I understand your description correctly, choose the X + workplane and then choose angle dimension, 2D dimension and select the two lines. HTH

As long as you are constucting in the correct workplane, you will need to dimension in the same workplane. WHICH direction do you need to look at the features FROM to see what the features should be, that is the workplane.
