i have a drawing that calls out the concentricity between 2 circles, i am using pcdmis 2013 (cause i haven't updated yet), but cannot figure out how to use this function? i am new to programming and dealing with plastic parts we don't get tolerances like this very often (GD&T), but have some new customers that are going to start using it. can anyone help? 10094735 - B - Pump Housing, Re-designed, AutoDose.PDF (101.3 KB) do i use the inner circle as the datum or the plane as called out in the drawing?

Measure 5.2 cylinder and level and origin on it.
Take lots of vector hits on 2.25 diameter at .42 from -A-
Report difference between largest and smallest radial distance.
Concentricity reports the same as location. Don't use it. You need TIR
