    Good morning All,
Does anyone know the sensor number for a BnS one machine. My controller is an FBII sin/cos. It is on a 7.7.5.
    Thank you,
    MG

I'm pretty sure that you will need to get that from B&S. When I got my new global what was set as the defaults in PCDMIS was not what the controller had configured and we had to change the defaults. When we did this we got the right ones from B&S
Time for the Trolls to leave.

I recieved this email from hexagon. It took a while for them to respond, but once they started on my case they were diligent. Once again I have A "ONE" machine.

Here's a procedure to determine sensor numbering.

      Create a new pcdmis program.
      Click on Edit/Preferences/Machine Interface Setup
      Select Leitz Protocol Setup tab
      Select Terminal button

      At the Ready prompt

      type the following: show x_sens
      show y_sens
      show z_sens
      prt_sens

Will find 2 numbers for x and y, 1 for z and 1 for part sensor

There will be 2 sensors for the x and y axis, there is no way to determine which is first or second. the sensors will be attached to the scale(s) end with a screw. Suggest to insert one of the values for an axis into the Temp Comp Setup window, place finger on sensor, select Get Temperture button and watch for change. Only 1 sensor for z axis, located at the top of the axis.

When finished with Terminal mode, close window.
