How do I fix my text Report?

All of my other reports come out with 5 bars to get a better idea with just a glance whether an item needs to be reviewed further.
This one is only showing 3 and I cannot figure out how to change this. Everything looks the same in menus I have checked.

I hope someone chimes in with an answer to this. I have also had this happen occasionally and never spent the time to figure out how to fix it.

Edit>Graphics Display Window>Dimension Colors.

Change the 'Number of tolerance zones'.

Might need to rerun the program to make it take effect.
