Im not able to print features of graphics display window

Hello. If anyone has input as to why I cant print my graphics display features i would appreciatie it. For some reason it only prints the lettering and the line going to where the feature is supose to be. I have the settings on scale to fit page. thanks

Knowing the version of pcdmis you are using is always useful.

try to check: Edit>Preferences>Edit Window Layout and there REPORT.
then you should check what you need.

I am using version 3.7

Good day to all.
I went to edit> preferences> edit window layout>report> all boxes are checked including show features and alignment. It still doesnt print the features, only the identification label and a line. Also I should mention on the graphics display print preview all of the features are present. It for some reason just wont print them. Thank you for any input.

go to Operation\Graphics Display Window\Screen Capture To\Clipbaord

paste into an excel or word doc.

Try

Going to your Graphics display window - right click on any of the labels - choose hide all labels - then do scale to fit.

If you get your features on the screen then the problem may be the automatic label position is on - if that's the case then goto edit - preference - setup - scroll down and uncheck automatic label position.
