Polynomial Curve

Hello everyone..

I want to measure my object's curve's. Its equation will be second order polynomial curve.. Can i obtain the equation with Pcdmis software

Though, it might be easier to generate the points outside of PCDMIS and then import the point/vector file.

Ok, I misunderstood...
Reverse engineering an equation from [measured]points on a curve is beyond my feeble mind. And I would say that PCDMIS will not calculate that either.

I'm almost thinking you'll have to plot the points in mathmatical software (Derive perhaps?) to get the formula for the curve. I don't believe that PCDMIS will report that.
