    Yeah ABC makes more sense. This part is welded together from many parts. All these welded parts are related to ABC, but the last thing they establish (cut) is the ABC. It just seems so backwards...

    It looks like the designer missed the mark with G Derp & Terp.

    The primary datum mish-mash "A @ MMC plus B @ MMC plus D" is illogical to begin with, and gets even more hilarious when one spies that the surface being profiled is in fact Datum D itself.

    I would make it an A | B @ MMC | C scheme and call it a day. I bet that's correct for part function anyway.

    How do you enter this profile callout?

    The requirement is profile of 0.040| AM -BM -D| C. How do you enter this into XactMeasure? I was able to type A-BD, but of course it doesn't going to work.
