Dual install 3.5 mr2 and 3.7 mr2

I know I have read about this on here or the old forum but I can't find anything. What is involved in having two versions installed and functional on one computer. We currently have 3.7 loaded but it doesn't work. We get a pop up that says that some drivers aren't loaded. I am trying really hard to get 3.7MR2 loaded and thought that having 3.5 still available may make the idea more palatable to the people opposing the upgrade.

If it means anything, we are using the hasp that plugs into the printer port. and have a current SMA.
