    Version 3.7 MR3 Mitutoyo BN715 CMMC-3 controller

For some reason, last Friday I ran a part that up until then was automatically sending a copy of the data to an RTF file. But for some reason, It would send a folder (as if the data had been sent there), but when I opened the folder, the page was blank. I've run a program since then and it too was blank. Any help will be GREATLY appreciated... TYIA

At the end of your program insert a print command. I think that will take care of your problem.

All of the parameters are set as they've always been set. I do recieve a hard copy from the printer, it's just the RTF that doesn't exist. I've even checked to be sure the Printer set up options weren't turned off... Everything's as it was prior to Friday. Now as for James' suggestion to "insert a print command", that may remedy the current problem on programs moving forward, but it doesn't address the reason WHY this happened. It's what we call in the trade, a buggaboo. Okay we really don't call it that, I just felt like saying it

          RTF not displayed SOLUTION!!!

For those of you who may have experienced a similar effect, here is what I've determined as the solution to my sudden and as of yet unexplainable LACK of RTFs...

What happened was (for some reason) I developed a corrupt "executebarstate" file. This file as far as I understand is what is used to set your PCDMIS screen defaults as well as the RTF outputs...

Once I renamed it (executebarstate1), I ran the program again and allowed PCDMIS to recreate a new executebarstate. The only drawback was the settings I had established were returned to the default state, whereas I then had to reset them. In the grand scheme of things this was a relatively minor task.

If you choose then to delete the (renamed) executebarstate1 is up to you at that point. Any further comments or suggestions from the main brains is greatly appreciated... Thank you.
