Since the call was apparently from Hexagon it might have been a PYA.

I was confused as well. I had to ask twice. Ther person I was talking to said it was for the CMA renewal. Something about the portlock. It might be due to the fact that Hexagon bought Sheffield? Which are the machines I"m using.

I can't wait to find out the scoop on this one. Tell me they are not putting port locks under their own maintenance agreement now. An extended warantee of sorts? CMA:

Costly Maintenance Agreement
Covers Most Anything (except port locks read the fine print)
Costs More than Automakers pay
Covers Mistakes At hexagon

That is kind of an extended waranty. They come in once a year, change filters, look at belts, etc. Then if there are problems during the year the maintanence cost is less than without the agreement. PARTS ARE EXTRA!!

Anyone know the cost of this CMA? Hardly worth it if that's it.
