I'm assuming your talking about the data in the Report window. You can do this using the Color property of the TextReportObject.

    Here's what I did:
    1. Open the TextOnly.rtp inside the Report Template Editor.
    2. Select File | Save As and rename it to a name of your choice so that you aren't messing with the original template.
    3. Select the existing TextReportObject in the editing area and right-click on it to access its properties.
    4. From the Properties dialog that appears at right, click the Colors property. PC-DMIS may at this point display a message asking if you want to define a set of colors different from the application color set. Click Yes. The Color Editor dialog box appears.
    5. From the Command Text Colors list click Dimensions.
    6. Click the Edit button next to Marked. A Color dialog box appears. Change its color to black and click OK. PC-DMIS will ask if you want to change this color for all the children. Click Yes. Repeat this step to change the color for Unmarked to black as well.
    7. Ensure that the Error text remains in red.
    8. Continue changing colors for any other items that may appear in your report, setting them to black.
    9. Click OK to close the Color Editor.
    10. Select File | Save to save your template.
    11. Back in the Report window, from its toolbar, use the Template Selection Dialog icon to choose your report template.
    12. Once the new template loads, click the Redraw the Report icon to send the report data to this new template.
    13. If needed, set the report to display in text only reporting. All dimensions (and other items that you specified) should be displayed as black except for out of tolerance items which are displayed in red.
Note that these changes only affect the Report window colors for this template. They do not affect the Edit window colors in any way. If you want to change the Edit window colors, you can do that using Edit | Preferences | Edit Window Colors.
