Can't see any fixes related to the XactMeasure profile problem though, but will install to see if it has been fixed.

current releases of 2013 are:

2013 (latest is SP2)
OR
2013MR1 (with SP1)

Where is MR1 stands in this? or the both are MR1? I have v2013 SP1 loaded and it doesn't say MR1 anywhere.

Look there, you will see what sealevel said...
There is a 2013 folder, and a 2013 MR1 folder.
In the first, you will find the release, the SP1 and SP2, in the second the Maintenance release and the Sp1...

I must have missed something, what is keeping enough people from using MR1 that they release the service pack for both? That seems to be out of the norm.

It is not unusual for us to release a Service Pack (S)) for 2013 and also for 2013 MR1. There are times we find a solution to a problem that has existed for multiple versions and went undetected until recently. We will fix it In multiple versions to afford more users an opportunity to benefit, even if they do not have their SMA upgraded to the very latest release.

It is very commendable from you ... But I believe using a release depends on the date of SMA, not on the release ... So it's difficult to understand why 2 SP are created at 2 dates so close eachother... And I think working on different version at the same times is a possible source of problems...
even though I grumble a bit, I still like PC-DMIS, and I still like working with!
It's a great software, even some bugs or lacks still exist...
